We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting project management and administrative functions.

Manage and maintain Certificates of Insurance, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Facilitate communication with insurance providers and project managers.
Collaborate with Project Managers for new job setup.
Assist in administrative tasks to support project operations.
Generate Job Cost Reports, Labor Hours Reports, and PO Reports.
Process and disperse Project Manager Progress Billing Worksheets monthly
Handle Supplier Lien Waivers and maintain Payables Reports to track paid invoices.
Facilitate the processing and documentation of change orders.
Ensure accurate reconciliation of project-related financial data.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience specifically in AIA billing within the construction industry.
Proven experience in construction coordination or a related field.
Strong understanding of construction processes and project management.
Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
